On Tuesday, September 4, 2012, the FBI’s Infragard Members Alliance of Los Angeles in collaboration with Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates Inc. and AEGIS Security & Investigations hosted an Interview & Interrogation Workshop at the beautiful and luxurious Montage Beverly Hills.
W-Z Vice President and CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) Program Director Wayne Hoover presented a no-frills crash course on The Wicklander-Zulawski Non-Confrontational Method. “We will allow our subjects to feel better about confessing by remaining non-confrontational. Not only we do allow our subjects to save face, but human resources will support our efforts and defense attorneys will have greater difficulty challenging the credibility of the confession,” said Wayne. The W-Z model has been built and refined over the last 30 years resulting in the average confession time of just 17 minutes by an expert interviewer.
Participants included hotel and retail security directors, loss prevention and asset protection managers and loss control investigators. One participant who had already attended the three day course said his recovery rate went $4,000 before W-Z to over $70,000, applying techniques he learned from W-Z.
