STEP ONE:
Accessing the AEGiS Support Forums / Daily HIV/AIDS Update Mailing List
Approximately midway down the AEGiS Site Navigator (left-margin of Figure 1) you will see Connecting to Others.
Click on Connecting to Others and our WebBoard Services page will display (See Figure 2).

Clicking on AEGiS Support Forums, will open a new window and display the WebBoard home page (See Figure 3).

STEP TWO:
Sign Up page
The WebBoard homepage displays the different areas of our forum, known as Conferences, each were created for different purposes and each has a description below the Conference name.
Anyone can access WebBoard, even if you are not registered, but, if you would like to receive News by E-mail you must register.
To register, click on the Sign Up button. This will cause the WebBoard Sign Up page to load (See Figure 4).

STEP THREE:
Signing Up
Begin creating your account by filling in all fields on this screen. All fields are required, however, the first and last name fields can be abbreviated to a minimum of one letter, should privacy be a concern. This step is required to both initiate your account set up and to verify that you have a valid e-mail address.
Please note: Once you receive your password, log onto WebBoard within 24 hours to validate your registration and gain access to set up your Profile.

STEP FOUR:
Options
There are many features that you may choose from in WebBoard, however, two options must be accessed in order to receive news via e-mail. They are: My Profile and My Mailing Lists. My Profile offers a choice of mailing list format (non-digest, digest, or digest-zipped), and My Mailing Lists is where you have a choice of Conferences.
To continue, click on My Profile (See Figure 6).

STEP FIVE:
My Profile
User identification information will already be filled out on this page when you enter, it is your choice to fill out the remaining fields on this page. But you will want to make a choice of Mailing Lists formats, as discussed above. You also have the option of keeping your e-mail address private.
When done, click on Save and proceed to My Mailing Lists. (See Figure 7)

STEP SIX:
My Mailing Lists
My Mailing Lists is where you choose what Conference(s) to receive e-mail from. You may choose all of them, but, check off HIV/AIDS News to receive daily news from AEGiS.
