Clindamycin
nausea
diarrhea (more common with oral clindamycin)
rash; the rash may go away after "3 to 5 days" even though therapy may be continued
Erythromycin may block the antibiotic effects of clindamycin
Primaquine
destruction of red blood cells (hemolysis) can happen in patients who do not produce enough of a certain enzyme (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase). This may particularly affect people of color.
