The Anarchist AIDS Medical Formulary, written by Charles Caulfield and Billi Goldberg, is now available. This collection of essays, most of which originally appeared in the San Francisco Sentinel, is intended to offer the reader a broad introduction into a new way of thinking about AIDS. It offers a radical departure from conventionally sanctioned edical approaches of HIV/AIDS which appears to accept the endpoint of death as inevitable.

While seldom politically correct, often explosive, and always controversial, these essays, when read in sequence, provide a rare insider's view of the world of radical "survivalists." They also attempt to provide a translation into a layperson's terms of the recent discoveries of the science of immunology, and how to apply them to our own lives. Drawing from Western, Asian, Holistic, Naturopathic and Metaphysical influences, it offers a starting point and some direction for those who choose to take that life-affirming leap into survival and recovery from AIDS.
