ICA9 Report: No Breakthrough News, But Our Knowledge Grows

This year's International AIDS Conference was the largest yet held, with over 13,000 participants and some 2000 media representatives. Unfortunately, the conference in Berlin brought no breakthrough news. Yet our knowledge about HIV continues to grow. With some 800 lectures, and over 4500 posters and abstracts available, it was humanly impossible to take it all in. What follows is an attempt to cover some of the highlights of what we learned in Berlin.
