Edward King
Saturday 2nd December 1995, 10.30 am - 4.30 pm
- Are you aware of all the NHS services available to people with HIV & AIDS?
- Are you interested in the different treatment approaches of London's clinical centres?
- Have you talked to people from all the different disciplines involved in HIV & AIDS care?
- Would you like to find out more about the clinical trials taking place throughout London?
- Would you like the opportunity to talk informally to staff from the leading London centres?
Body Positive and NAM, two of the UK's foremost providers of information to people with HIV and AIDS, invite you to Making the Most of the NHS.
This is your introduction to the full range of services available on the National Health Service, and to the diversity of approaches involved in the treatment of HIV & AIDS.
You will have the chance to meet professional staff from many different disciplines from London's leading treatment centres in relaxed surroundings, with enough time to talk about the issues you want to know more about.
The day is free and a buffet lunch is provided. There is no formal structure to the day and you may drop in at any time to talk to whoever you want.
For more information about getting there and how to book transport and/or crèche places, please call Anna Poppa at Body Positive London on 0171-835 1045.
