The news stories are in the wide center column, starting toward the bottom of the page and scrolling down. If you only want to follow the news, you can ignore everything else on the page. Pardon the complexity (which you can ignore), but we are still experimenting and do not control what the page looks like. (For those who are interested, there is much more you can do with Connotea, the free service we are using -- but that is a different story.)

Many of the journal articles are written for medical professionals; you can skip them if necessary. Most of the newspaper and other stories are written for the general public.
