The initiative is part of Levi's "Red for Life" campaign, which began in 2004 and is again being rolled out on university campuses around the country.
Members of the groups Tidal Waves, Malaika, Flat Stanley and Jozi, singers Ntando, and deejays Oskido and Euphonik are among those who have joined the campaign.
Malaika singer Tshedi Mholo said: "The campaign has been highly effective in creating Aids awareness amongst ordinary people.
"Personally, I would like to encourage the negative to stay clean and the positive to remain positive thinkers.
"We are privileged to be involved and appreciate the opportunity to use our celebrity status to create awareness."
Over the past weeks, the campaign took to campuses. More than 500 students were tested and had the opportunity to attend concerts at which the celebrities performed.
Rapper Da LES, of crunk group Jozi, said: "This particular initiative is very different to other ones because it's not just about Aids statistics, it's about educating the youth and making them aware of how important it is to be HIV-negative, which is a massive achievement.
"Being HIV-negative means that you're surviving a war."
