Seopela, who has been in practice since 1990, has degrees in psychology and in journalism. Her work as a clinical psychologist has spanned both corporate and private practice.
Seopela was the True Love magazine resident clinical psychologist for four years between 1999 and 2003. She works in a human resources department. She is a mother of four.
