Sunday Times (Johannesburg) - April 16, 2006
The event, intended to raise funds for the Starfish Greatheart Foundation HIV/Aids orphans, is aimed at singles interested in meeting new partners in a fun and entertaining way.
The event will cater for three age groups on two evenings: with 36 to 50-year-olds on April 19, and ages 21 to 32 and 26 to 39 on April 20. Participants will get a chance to meet 10 to 15 people during the evening, with each meeting lasting about three minutes.
Each participant will be given a "scorecard", and couples who strike up a friendship will be given each other's e-mail address by the organisers.
Tickets are R100, including light snacks and a complimentary drink on arrival. For more information, visit www.wildberry.co.za or call (083) 243-5138. - Suthentira Govender
