Organiser Andrew Wheeldon said he was expecting more than 500 people to participate in the fun ride, which will be held on National Aids Day on December 1.
High-profile politicians, including Transport Minister Dullah Omar and other celebrities are expected to take part in the ride from Spier Wine Estate to Khayelitsha and back.
Entry is free and participants are asked to bring toys and clothes that will be donated to Nazareth House in Khayelitsha.
