NACA Chairman Ibironke Akinsete said in Abuja Friday the Committee charged with producing the plan had met several times to brainstorm on the task.
"As a result, a technical meeting has been fixed for early January, during which we will finalise our recommendations and put everything in shape.
"Certainly, the vaccine plan will be out next year," Akinsete said.
Earlier in the year, Nigeria hosted a meeting of local and international researchers on HIV/AIDS as part of efforts to evolve the plan.
