"Some of you have even been involved in incest with your daughters. This is too bad and should stop."
The Buganda queen was sensitising women on family planning and HIV/AIDS.
She first addressed residents at Mpiriggwa Primary School in Ssekanyonyi sub-county and later went to Kassanda sub-county.
She emphasised the need to empower women, if the community was to develop.
Nagginda also called on men to get involved in family planning. "Men tend to sit back and watch their wives struggling to plan for their families. We need responsible fathers who can plan with their wives to produce a reasonable number of children they can look after," she said.
She urged women to access antenatal and postnatal services from hospitals.
The Nabagereka was concerned with the increasing number of girls who get pregnant below the age of 18.
Mityana LC5 chairman Joseph Musoke said over 37% of girls in the district got pregnant.
He said only 44% of the women accessed antenatal services, adding that only 23% were using family planning methods.
The Mengo health minister, Nelson Kawalya, and the chairperson of Buganda youth council, Joseph Kawuki, accompanied the Nabagereka on her tour.
