Yusuf Nsubuga said AIDS has killed many teachers and students and created rampant absenteeism.
He was launching a play entitled, 'Make a new start today', on the World AIDS Day at the Kampala Rugby Club on Friday. He asked students to avoid risky behaviour.
The play, sponsored by GTZ and Employment Oriented Vocational and Technical Training, had participants from several secondary and primary schools around Kampala.
