This is the second time Elahi was being arrested over the khomeini products, the first being in April when he was charged. The Friday raid in Naguru started at about 9:00am until 4:30pm.
Powder packed in sacks and the other items used in the production of Khomeini were impounded and transported in two Isuzu Fuso lorries and two double- cabin pick-up trucks to an unknown location.
Anti-narcotics chief pearson Barasha refused to comment on the matter.
