The district chairperson of people living with HIV/AIDS, William Atubo, said the communities were ignorant about the scourge, adding that people always suspect that the victim is bewitched.
He said this recently while commissioning over 70 HIV/AIDS health educators in Imanyiro sub-county. He also decried wife inheritance.
