Okudi, who said HIV/AIDS was not a punishment from God, urged the youth to abstain from sex.
"The youth should promote abstinence and the married should be faithful to one another.
Prevention is better than cure," he said.
Okudi's first campaign was at Awac IDP camp in Gulu district on Sunday.
