Namuyangu said the blood check-ups and use of condoms were violations of God's plans.
"In our universal apostleship fellowship of righteousness, we condemn protected sex and AIDS blood check-ups because the Bible says, the married couples should be together during times of trouble, happiness, poverty and sickness," she said.
She was at the inauguration of apostlership churches in Kayunga town council recently.
The minister of state in the office of the president, Adolf Mwesigye, who represented the minister for presidency, Ali Kirunda Kivenjinja, urged the youth to work harder and avoid poverty.
Mwesigye said young people spent all their time in gambling, smoking and rumour mongering.
