Frank Kibulya
"You have been trained to carry out a very delicate exercise. How you deliver results of the tests determines your client's response to oneself. I do not want to hear mental breakdowns caused by careless medical workers. Do not spread your clients' HIV/AIDS status in bars and markets," Bambalira said.
He was at the launch of the first voluntary counselling services in the district at Bundibugyo boma ground recently.
The Catholic Relief Services donated the AIDS testing equipment to the district.
Bambalira urged residents to go for the free AIDS testing at the district main hospital, Nyahuka and Karugutu health centres.
