Iganga - The Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Wilson Weasa, has advised Ugandans to stick to one sexual partner as the only sure way to control the AIDS disease. He said this in a speech read for him by Edgar Manyindo, a mobiliser in the RDC's office during the launching of Open secret, a book and video at Iganga town council primary school on Saturday. Weasa said AIDS had no respect for the rich and poor and that all victims endured equal pain.
