The party will treat 100 children to gifts, lunch, games, face painting and entertainment such as magicians, clowns, karaoke, dance lessons and rap acts.
Committee meetings are taking place at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays at The Center for Positive Connections, 12570 Northeast Seventh Ave., Suite 104, North Miami.
New, unwrapped toys for toddlers to 17-year-olds and financial contributions are also being accepted, and can be dropped off at the center weekdays through Dec. 15. Call 305-891-2066 to arrange for a pickup.
