Abbott has sent out a Dear Healthcare Provider letter highlighting important information about Kaletra dosing for children. A pdf copy of the letter and the accompanying dosing guidelines for children receiving the recommended dose of lopinavir/ritonavir using Kaletra Oral Solution is attached.
The FDA website has a pediatric HIV drug page that provides additional information about pediatric dosing, at http://www.fda.gov/oashi/aids/pedlbl.html
