The debate forms part of a Reuters Foundation week-long Reporting HIV/AIDS workshop for journalists from around the world, during which the participants will have the opportunity to hear from specialists on all angles of HIV/AIDS reporting.
The course will also feature speakers including Professor Jeffrey Sachs, Columbia University, Director, U.N. Millennium Project, and Dr Seth Berkley, CEO of International AIDS Vaccine Initiative.
Reuters Foundation was formed in 1982 to support journalists from developing countries. To date the Foundation has trained over four thousand reporters from 170 countries on topics ranging from writing business news to conflict reporting.
