Samaritan is establishing its European headquarters in Athens, Greece, which allows access to the markets of Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa; regions with a high proportion of HIV patients, a target population for our most advanced drug SP01A, which is in phase II/III studies. Samaritan Europe is swiftly implementing its marketing infrastructure in Greece, South and Eastern Europe to develop and market SP01A.
In addition, Samaritan Europe is looking to strengthen its marketing infrastructure with niche high-valued products from other pharmaceutical Companies. Samaritan plans to in-license the marketing of niche pharmaceutical's products to our focused areas of Greece, South and Eastern Europe; within the fields of HIV/Infectious diseases, CNS, Cancer/Oncology and Cardiovascular diseases.
