Chronimed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Henry F. This federal program will provide medications to people with HIV/AIDS in Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, North Carolina, South Dakota and West Virginia. Health Resources and Services Administration, which manages the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act programs, oversees the contract.
