In order to become a distributor of the VScan(TM) Rapid Test Kits each distributor must purchase a minimum of 50,000 VScan(TM) Rapid Test Kits in the first year. The minimum number of test kits depends on the population base and will be increased if the situation warrants it. Distribution contracts range from 3 to 5 years with volume increases required each year to maintain the distribution agreement.

Medical Services International Inc. has been informed that several of the Middle East countries are now requiring mandatory testing HIV before entry into the country. Also a number of the countries are requiring yearly testing for HIV and TB by their armed forces.
