Viral Genetics, Inc., a development-stage California corporation, was founded in 1995 to discover, develop and commercialize therapeutic and diagnostic systems for the treatment of viral diseases.
Viral Genetics has completed human clinical trials of its primary product, TNP - an HIV/AIDS treatment, on HIV-infected and fulminant AIDS multi-drug-cocktail-resistant patients in Mexico City, Mexico.
This trial was administered under the authority and with the approval of the IMSS - the Department of the Mexican Federal Government's Health and Social Services Ministry responsible for oversight of Mexico's socialized medical system, including the approval of human clinical trials. The company expects to apply for registration of TNP with the Minister of Health for the purposes of allowing its commercialization in Mexico during the fourth quarter of this year. As a result of the transaction, 29,750,578 restricted shares of 5 Starliving Online Inc. common stock have been issued to the former stockholders of Viral in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Viral and Viral is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of 5 Starliving Online Inc. The former stockholders of Viral now own 79% of the total issued and outstanding common stock of 5 Starliving Online. The shares issued to the former stockholders of Viral pursuant to the acquisition are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and are therefore not freely tradable.
5 Starliving Online, Inc. was founded in 1998 to develop an e-commerce business model designed to service the unique needs of the international affluent consumer.
