In a letter to Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, the Network of Aids-Infected People said hospitals should be able to treat Aids victims properly.
The government had promised to include Aids drugs if the price came down to 2,500 baht a set, the letter said.
The Government Pharmaceutical Organisation had said it would soon be able to make the drugs for 2,310 baht a set.
