It is hoped the clinic, which is run by the Terrence Higgins Trust in Pembroke Street, will provide an alternative to existing sexual health clinics.
The trust says that, at present, too many people come forward very late and may be unable, or unwilling, to attend existing sexual health clinics.
The service will be held on Saturdays, with first being on the 29 October.
