Darmstadt, 21. April (AFP) - Die No-Angels-Sängerin Nadja Benaissa ist wieder auf freiem Fuß. Sie wurde aus der Untersuchungshaft entlassen und verließ am Dienstagmittag die Justizvollzugsanstalt, wie ein Sprecher des Amtsgerichts Darmstadt auf Anfrage sagte. Der Haftbefehl gegen die 26-jährige Sängerin sei außer Vollzug gesetzt werden. Zu den Auflagen, die ihr dazu gemacht wurden, machte der Sprecher keine Angaben. Die Staatsanwaltschaft Darmstadt hatte zuvor einen Antrag auf Haftverschonung gestellt.

Die Sängerin war verhaftet worden, weil sie trotz einer HIV-Infektion mit unwissenden Partnern ungeschützt Sex gehabt haben soll. Sie steht deshalb im Verdacht der gefährlichen Körperverletzung. Ein Mann soll sich mutmaßlich durch den Geschlechtsverkehr mit ihr mit dem HI-Virus infiziert haben. Er erstattete im vergangenen Jahr Anzeige.
