Santiago de Chile, 22. Februar (AFP) - Die chilenischen Behörden ermitteln gegen einen Mann, der im Internet "Aids-verseuchtes" Blut zum Verkauf angeboten hat. Wie die Polizei am Mittwoch mitteilte, verlangte der Mann 100.000 Pesos (etwa 140 Euro) für fünf Milliliter Blut, das "ideal für Selbstmord" sei. Das Angebot habe neun Tage auf einer lateinamerikanischen Internetverkaufsseite gestanden, bevor es die Polizei entdeckt habe. Insgesamt sei die Anzeige 45 Mal angeklickt worden.
Die Polizei ermittelte einen Mann aus Quilpue, westlich von Santiago de Chile, als Urheber des Angebots. Die Beamten durchsuchten sein Haus, fanden aber keine Spuren des verseuchten Bluts. Der mutmaßliche Verkäufer sagte, es habe sich um "einen Scherz unter Freunden" gehandelt. Dennoch prüft die Polizei weiter, ob der Mann Kontakt mit potenziellen Käufern aufgenommen hat.
