Los Angeles, 3. Oktober (AFP) - Der mit dem Actionfilm "Top Gun" bekannt gewordene US-Schauspieler Val Kilmer wagt sich nach einem Pressebericht auf schlüpfriges Gebiet: Kilmer werde die Hauptrolle in einem Film über den Pornostar John Holmes spielen, berichtete die US-Fachzeitung "Daily Variety" am Mittwoch. Holmes drehte mehr als 2000 Pornofilme, bei denen er ingesamt mehr als 10.000 Sex-Partnerinnen hatte. Er starb 1988 im Alter von 43 Jahren an Aids. In dem neuen Film "Wonderland" wird es den Angaben zufolge vor allem um seine angebliche Verwicklung in einen vierfachen Mord gehen. Neben Kilmer soll unter anderem auch Lisa Kudrow aus der Fernseh-Kultserie "Friends" vor der Kamera stehen.
