ADDIS ABABA, Dec 6 (AFP) - Rwandan President Paul Kagame and Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi held talks this week in Addis Ababa on "economic and social" matters, the Ethiopian news agency ENA said Wednesday.
The Tuesday meeting was aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, the report said.
Kagame and Zenawi also discussed the political situation in the Great Lakes region and in the Horn of Africa, it added.
Kagame is among a number of African leaders in Addis Ababa to attend a conference on HIV-AIDS around the theme, "AIDS: the greatest leadership challenge."
