HB 316, a bill submitted to the state House of Representatives, would establish statutory standards for comprehensive sex education and HIV/AIDS prevention instruction in public schools. It would also designate section 3313.6011 of the Revised Code as the "Act for Our Children's Future." After it was introduced, the bill was referred to the Education Committee.
