CANADA: Hospice Launches Guide for HIV/AIDS Patients

La Maison du Parc, a Montreal hospice serving the HIV/AIDS community since 1991, has published "For the Pleasure of Eating," a book with recipes and nutritional tips for patients. "We are thrilled to provide updated nutritional and recipe information to the HIV/AIDS community," said Marielle Delaney, the CEO of the hospice and the book's author, who collaborated with a nutritionist and a chef to develop it.
