Abstract: Miami--Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Biscayne Bay, Santa's elves will visit the approximately 300 children with AIDS at Jackson Memorial Hospital's Special Immunology Section. Gary Wilson and Art Brooks, the club's president and project coordinator respectively, have led the elves in wrapping presents for the children, who range in age from newborns to 10-year-olds. Wilson calls the kids, "beAUtiful strong-willed children who are trapped in a world they don't understand."
