Sheffield Medical Technologies Inc. Reports 1995 Third Quarter Results

NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Sheffield Medical Technologies Inc. (AMEX: SHM) today announced its operating results for the third quarter ended September 30, 1995. For the quarter, the Company reported a net loss of $2.1 million, or $0.24 per share, compared to $2.1 million, or $0.30 per share, in the third quarter of 1994. For the nine months ended September 30, 1995, the Company had a net loss of $5.4 million, or $0.70 per share, compared to $3.8 million, or $0.58 per share, for the same period in 1994.

Total assets of the Company, at September 30, 1995, increased by $2.9 million as the result of the successful completion of a private placement in July 1995, which raised gross proceeds of $5.5 million.

Sheffield Medical Technologies Inc. is a medical technology company providing development funding and management for innovative medical projects to address large or unmet health care needs.
