One of the missions of AEGiS is to preserve for all eternity a complete and full documentation of how humanity, at the end of the 20th century, and into the next millennium, faced and dealt with what has been described as the worst pandemic since Biblical times in both dimension and scope.

We at AEGiS, feel that this is an extremely important undertaking. Important in the fact that future generations can draw from and learn from this information. The statistics of the devastation of this pandemic, which has spread across all nations, can never be forgotten and this documentation will hopefully guarantee that this never happens again.

Our hopes and prayers are that a cure for this devastating disease will be found soon. In the meantime we have our job of acquiring all the information we can to help those living with HIV/AIDS to live a productive life.
