Walta quoted Kasu Abdi of the AIDS Prevention and Control Task Force as saying that the money would come from the World Bank fund against the disease and be used to finance a three-year programme. Kasu made the announcement at an anti-AIDS consultative workshop, which brought together education officials throughout the country. The funds will be used to purchase and distribute literature in schools, as well as for training teachers and administrators.
