The National Episcopal AIDS Coalition works collaboratively for effective HIV/AIDS ministry on and by all levels of the Episcopal Church. This ministry is rooted in our faith and hope in the risen Christ as expressed in the Covenant established at our Baptism.
Seeking to follow God's purposes for humanity and the model of Jesus, the Presbyterian AIDS Network (PAN) works to promote the healing and restoration to community of people living with HIV/AIDS. PAN also seeks to empower people living with HIV/AIDS as well as those who minister with and care for them. PAN advocates for people with HIV/AIDS who are unable to speak for themselves or whose voices are unable to reach those in power. As PAN encourages and supports those who provide direct spiritual, physical and psycho-social care for people with HIV/AIDS, members of PAN witness to their own faith and invite others to deepen their faith in Christ.
Project Compassion reaches out to the men, women and children in our community and beyond who have HIV/AIDS. We provide physical, emotional and spiritual support. We also educate the public on the facts and issues surrounding AIDS.
