The Asia Pacific Council of AIDS Service Organisations (APCASO) is a network of non-government and community-based organisations that provide HIV/AIDS services within the Asia and the Pacific region.
APN+ is the network of PLWHA living in Asia Pacific region. It was established in response to the need for a collective voice for PLWHA in the region, to better link regional PLWHA with the Global Network of PLWHA (GNP+) and positive networks throughout the world, and to support regional responses to widespread stigma and discrimination.
The Asian Harm Reduction Network (AHRN) is the first project of its kind. A global information and support network, created to link and support the courageous people and programs working in Asia to stop HIV among injecting drug users. Hundreds of individuals and organizations participate in the network and AHRN is endorsed by UNAIDS, the World Health Organization and many governments who see harm reduction and networking as key approaches in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

Swat Youth Front (SYF) enhances the capacity building of the regional CBOs and NGOs in the field of HIV/AIDS to mobilise communities for HIV counselling and testing. SYF has recently translated into the national language Urdu "Facilitator's Guide Lets Talk About HIV Counselling and Testing, Tools to build NGO/CBO Capacity Building to mobilise communities for HIV Counselling and testing", published by International HIV AIDS Alliance.
