Bastyr University AIDS Research Center
Bastyr University Research Institute (BURI) is devoted to the evaluation of natural medicine practices, the exploration of new treatments for serious chronic diseases, the continued development of faculty research skills, and the training of students in research methods.


National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine
The NIH National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) conducts and supports basic and applied research and training and disseminates information on complementary and alternative medicine to practitioners and the public.
