HIV Care Consortia and Coverage of Medications

The authors sought to learn how HIV care consortia, funded by Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act, are implemented in each state, and how the consortia help people with HIV receive medications. They surveyed Title II contact people in 1998-1999, regarding eligibility, coordination of consortia and other public programs, funding, and coverage of HIV-related medications.
