Home and Community-Based Care Funded by Title II of the Ryan White CARE Act: A Survey of the States

The objective of this article is to identify how the states are using Title II funds to implement home and community-based care (HCBC) programs. The article identifies the states that have implemented HCBC programs with Title II funds, the HCBC services offered, medical and financial eligibility criteria, and coordination with the state Medicaid programs.
