This article presents a summary of cases that discuss or are related to the issue and impact of AIDS in the employment context. Although this area of law is still in its formative stages, general principles applied by the courts and administrative agencies in other contexts shed some light on the legal issues related to AIDS in the workplace. It is a certainty that future cases will continue to flesh out this area of the law.
