HIV Services contracts with 4 consortia districts (ConsortiaCARE of Arkansas) to provide statewide coverage to persons with HIV/AIDS. Each consortium provides clients with access to primary medical care, HIV related medication, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, oral health and case management.
