ISSUES: Which strategies will use to change the behavior that leads to decreased of HIV/STDs and drug users to diminish sexual manipulation among Caucasian woman and African male as sex-toys in British Columbia.

DESCRIPTION: A study of three years in fraser valley in British Columbia, a private consultation firm research involved 12 night clubs and the cities of Vancouver, was discussed more that 50 African male, 50 African male are unofficially engaged in sex businesses, as sex - toys used by some Caucasian women. Aged 22 to 35 years in African - Canadian Community has more that 7 girlfriends or partners Caucasian women regular and smoking marijuana.11 of 50 are married, 24 of 50 are single, 31 of 50 are bi-sexual.70 % of 50 vaginal sex/condoms, 5 of 50 oral/ no condoms, 30% vaginal sex/ no condom, 4% anal no condom, 3% anal/condom and breakage of condom is high in sexual intercourse after smoking marijuana.

LESSONS LEARNED: African male have a lower status in socio-economic in British Columbia, ministry of health or other government department should establish a service where African men should feel free to explain themselves in languages they understand. Empowering them will give them a sense of self-esteem for long-term goals in their life that to depend their income from some Caucasian women.

RECOMMENDATIONS: The peer group could help to overcome poverty and possibility for African male to access the resources available in community, emphasis self - support and contribution to their dreams in Canadian society.
