ISSUES: the world Bank cameroon project, WHO are working to contribute in the developing of care and support activities in cameroon. But to date, treatment is not available to most of those who need it. many drugs for treating commn opportunities infections are readily available but practitioners often back the experience and training for administering them to their HIV patient.

DESCRIPTION: HIV treatment must be seen in the context of Cameroon's and african's already overbundened and underfunded health care system from being further burdened by the high rate of mobility and mortality that have been in other countries. This paper is based on social behaviour and economic issues governing the being of local people.

LESSONS LEARNED: CAMEROON must take advantage of opportunities and its other strenghts, including one of african's highest literacy rate; an ideology that values health as human rights. RECOMMENDATION: This analysis recommends that both governmental and non governmental structures will need to undergo significant changes in order to serve the growing number of people who need care and treatment information
