Issues. The analysis of the insufficiencies of the pilote project of followship and care to pregnant women living with HIV / AIDS initiated in the Zio region (Togo) by UNICEF, led to the elaboration in of the integrated communication project for a better care of pregnant women living with HIV in their communities and the prevention of the HIV / AIDS transmission from mother to child. The setting up of the project follows the persistence of the problems of rejection of pregnant women diagnosticed HIV positive within their families in-law and their disertion by their husbands, their discrimination in the community, the lack of family support, community support to women and orphans of AIDS and above all the persistence of harmful traditional practices in relation with mistaken knowledge of the population about HIV / AIDS.

DESCRIPTION: To face these problems, many strategies are developed namely the social mobilisation, the CCC, the plea, home visits, the production of graphic channels and audiovisuals, the psychological financial and medical support. Lesson learned: From January to December, there was an increase of 5% of the antenatal consultation and the number of pregnant women voluntared to be tested HIV, 16 husbands encouraged their wives to be tested HIV, 06 families in-low supported their pregnant wives living with HIV. There was also a great will of the Vo community to bring their support to pregnant women living with HIV in their families. 05 Women and 04 children born to HIV positive women were taken care in the PTME program (the granting of nevirapine)Recommendation: -Reinforce the community and family participation in the care of pregnant women living with HIV and their children-Raise resources to integrate in each antenatal and post-natal consultation centers care programs of pregnant women living with HIV and the prevention of the transmission of HIV to child.-Ensure the medical (nevirapine), the feeding and moral care taking to a great
