It is demonstrated that the HIV infection is penetrating family structure and increasing percentage is expected in the housewives and infants groups. Some of these unfortunate infants are abandoned in hospitals. There is a need to have some place to take care of these infants. The Association Francois Xavier Bagnoud recognizes this issue and therefore helps us establishing Support the Children Foundation in Chiang Mai, Thailand to take care of these unfortunate children. Tender loving care in family type setting are catered. Two houses are in operation now, two more houses are being set up at different locations. Such care would bring about nondiscrimination and every one can do similarly. We gain good support from our Prime Minister, Deputy Minister of Public Health, governor and other officer of government and non-government organization. They come to visit these infants and hug them, cuddle them without fear. This attitude of our officers is the key to success to our living with people with AIDS, non-discrimination, cooperation among government and non-government organization etc.
